Château Lamouroux - Bordeaux Rosé
Chateau Lamouroux - Bordeaux Rosé, the prototype of a rosé wine for pleasure, is the perfect accompaniment to convivial summer meals. Often a great charmer with the female public.
Mostly made from first-press juices from direct Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot pressing, and only partially from Merlot bleeding. Bright, light pink in color, fragrant and floral with hints of wild strawberry and redcurrant on the nose, seductively fresh on the palate, then round, balanced and persistent. This wine of character, with its slightly spicy notes, can even be kept for some time in certain vintages.
BLENDING:
Composed of over 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and the remainder Merlot.
VINIFICATION AND AGEING:
Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks at low temperature for four months.
On the kitchen side:
Ideal for aperitifs on the patio, and the consumption of seasonal dishes, such as salads, charcuterie, fish, grilled meats and BBQs.
