Château Lamouroux - Graves White
The estate's second white label, Le Château Lamouroux Graves blanc is a dry white fermented in stainless steel tanks, fragrant and fruity, a delicious wine designed to be opened more quickly, highlighting the fruity, fragrant characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc.
Never a bell pepper or box-tree on gravel soils, Sauvignon Blanc expresses a wide range of floral and fruity notes, with great finesse and elegance. The addition of Semillon gives it fleshiness and lovely persistence, with a floral, fruity finish of extreme elegance.
BLENDING:
A blend of 60-70% Sauvignon Blanc and 40-30% Semillon.
VINIFICATION AND AGEING:
Both grape varieties are fermented in low-temperature stainless-steel tanks, and also aged in vats for four months with periodic resuspension of the lees.
Cuisine:
Ideal as an aperitif, with fresh seafood, tomato-basil pasta, smoked salmon, grilled fish and fresh goat's cheese.
