Château Lamouroux - Graves Red

The estate's second red label, Château Lamouroux Graves rouge, made from the youngest vines, reinforces the class of the first label, offering another style of wine, more ready to drink but just as gourmand. Very fruity and flattering on the attack, the freshness and personality of the Cabernet and terroir quickly take over to once again represent a fully successful wine of balance and digestibility.

ASSEMBLY:
With a higher proportion of Merlot (>60%) than Cabernet Sauvignon.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING:
Fermented in temperature-controlled truncated-cone stainless-steel vats, with long vatting periods.
Aged between vats and one- or two-wine barrels, this wine is also in the tradition of the estate's quality wines, with excellent ageing potential.

Cuisine:
More eclectic in its food pairings, it cuts across the same threads of accompaniment as its big brother, Le Grand Enclos.
